Emily has worked with a wide range of industries and works at both the organisational level and with individuals to help them to work better.  She has always adopted a coaching approach and strongly believes that this is the most effective way to empower people and enable their development.
She is qualified in Level A and Level B psychometric testing, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), 16 PF and FIRO Element B.
Emily is also a part-time senior lecturer with the University of Gloucestershire.
