Ian has provided me with excellent developmental coaching. Since the start of the coaching relationship I have come to several realisations that I have been able to take action on. These relate not only to myself and my own style and effectiveness. He helped me to see aspects of my department’s performance differently and also recognise how to get the best of out my team by understanding them better as individuals. The outcome is that I have achieved a very good reputation as a commercial manager in the company, and as a senior member of the management team at my location. My team is also recognised as reliable and motivated. I have asked Ian to work with my direct reports as well to further our great progress.
